Mobile Application Developer

About the Role

Brandkrit Technologies is seeking a Mobile Application Developer for a full-time hybrid role in the Pune Division, with flexibility for work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring performance, usability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable code using object-oriented programming principles.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and marketing teams to align app features with brand and business goals.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Debug and resolve issues.
• Optimize applications for different devices.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Stay current with mobile technologies, frameworks, and best practices to recommend improvements and new features.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Mobile Application Development, with experience building and maintaining mobile applications for Android and/or iOS.
• Proficiency in Application Development using modern mobile frameworks and tools, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Practical experience in iOS Development (Swift/Objective-C, Xcode, UIKit/SwiftUI) or equivalent Android experience (Kotlin/Java, Android Studio, Jetpack).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to write clean, testable code.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and app store deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills.
• Openness to cross-functional collaboration with design, product, and marketing teams.
• Experience with UI/UX principles, agile development methodologies, and previous work in a startup or digital agency environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
