Financial Analyst 1

Position Overview

Seeking a Financial Analyst 1 to support Corporate RTM reporting, analytics, forecasting, and financial planning. This role involves extensive data analysis to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and develop actionable, data-backed recommendations for business decisions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in FP&A or a related financial analysis role, strong Excel skills, and an understanding of financial systems, automation, and reporting at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Run reporting and analytics for Corporate RTM, including:
• ARR
• Pipeline
• ARPU
• Usage
• Other key business and financial metrics
• Support outlook, forecasting, and financial planning models.
• Analyze large datasets and identify breaks or anomalies in trends.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to determine root causes of discrepancies.
• Generate actionable insights and data-backed recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Support the preparation and refresh of QBR presentations and other financial review materials.
• Perform ad-hoc financial and business analytics to support evolving business needs.
• Help improve reporting processes through automation and scalable financial systems.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting, and data analysis.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work with data at scale and identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root-cause analysis.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage priorities and deliver results.
• Exposure to Pluto or similar financial/reporting systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, or a related field.

Compensation: $44.10/hr
