About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Package Processing & Data Entry Associate to support daily shipping and receiving operations. This role involves handling incoming packages, performing visual inspections, taking photographs for documentation, and accurately entering data into company systems. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Process approximately 80 packages per day
- Perform visual inspections of incoming packages and materials
- Take and upload photos to document package condition and contents
- Enter shipment and inventory information accurately into tracking systems
- Verify package information and identify discrepancies
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Follow established safety and quality procedures
- Assist with general warehouse and receiving activities as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Wear all required PPE
- Comply with all Safety requirements
