Logistics and Operations Internship in Mumbai

About the Role

Bare Boho Living is seeking a responsible and organized Logistics & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order processing, inventory coordination, packaging, dispatches, and delivery tracking. The candidate will work closely with the warehouse, customer service, and courier teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Dispatch
• Process daily orders received through the website and other sales channels.
• Verify product details, sizes, colours, and quantities before dispatch.
• Coordinate product picking, packing, labelling, and shipping.
• Ensure orders are dispatched within the specified timelines.
• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and shipment details.
• Track pending orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Maintain accurate inventory records for clothing, footwear, and fashion accessories.
• Track stock availability across different sizes, colours, and styles.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and update inventory sheets.
• Identify missing, damaged, or incorrectly recorded products.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure proper storage and organization of stock.
• Maintain SKU-wise product records and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Logistics & Courier Coordination
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and follow up on delayed, undelivered, or lost orders.
• Manage return pickups, exchanges, replacements, and reverse logistics.
• Coordinate COD orders, delivery confirmations, and shipment updates.
• Resolve shipping-related issues in coordination with customer service.
• Maintain courier records and update tracking information.
• Returns & Customer Coordination
• Coordinate returned products and verify their condition upon receipt.
• Ensure returned and exchanged products are updated in inventory records.
• Communicate order and delivery updates to the customer service team.
• Help resolve issues related to incorrect products, missing items, and delayed dispatches.
• Reporting & Daily Operations
• Prepare daily reports for orders, dispatches, returns, and pending shipments.
• Maintain operational records using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce, warehouse, and customer service teams.
• Identify operational errors and suggest improvements to reduce dispatch mistakes.
