About the Role
As a User Experience Designer at Nept Cloud, you will design intuitive, developer-centered interfaces and workflows for our cloud platform. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, developer-centered interfaces and workflows for the cloud platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate complex technical requirements into clear, usable experiences.
- Conduct user research with developers.
- Map user journeys.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Produce detailed visual design specifications.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
- Contribute to design reviews.
- Help maintain a consistent design system across products.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- User experience (UX) and design thinking skills
- User research (planning studies, conducting interviews/usability tests, synthesizing insights)
- Visual design and prototyping
- Modern design tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly
- Ability to incorporate feedback constructively
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work (research, strategy, visual design, implementation support)
- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Delhi Area
- Ability to engage directly with stakeholders and users
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, developer tools, or technical products is a plus.
