Tele-Operator (Robotics Projects)

About the Opportunity

We are hiring entry-level and early-career candidates for a Tele-Operator opportunity supporting robotics remote operations. This is an onsite role involving the operation of robotic systems through camera-based interfaces and remote-control technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate robotic systems remotely using camera-based control interfaces.
• Perform precise movements and manipulation tasks.
• Maintain strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Understand first-person (egocentric) camera perspectives.
• Follow operational instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor system performance and report operational issues.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor control.
• Good spatial awareness and depth perception.
• Ability to understand first-person camera perspectives.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Comfort using controllers, technical interfaces, or similar devices.
• Ability to follow structured instructions and work in a shift-based environment.

Preferred Backgrounds

• Gaming and video game testing.
• VR/AR and wearable technologies.
• Robotics and mechatronics.
• Drone / FPV operation.
• Simulation and motion tracking.
• Controller-based or remote equipment operation.

Candidate Profile

Entry-level candidates, recent graduates, and candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience are encouraged to apply. Relevant hands-on projects, internships, gaming, VR, or simulation exposure are a plus.

Work Schedule

• 7-day operational schedule with shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM PT.
• Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM PST
• Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM PST

Selection Process

• Onsite practical assessment in San Jose, CA.
• Background verification.
• Fingerprint scanning.
