About the Program

The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders through an accelerated career path. This program is intended for post-graduate students providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of Aditya Birla Capital. The Program aims at hiring Sales Trainees into multiple Sales and Distribution channels across Aditya Birla Capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of financial products and achieve sales targets as per the Goal Sheet.
• Deploy effective marketing strategies to sell financial products.
• Ensure all pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients.
• Relationship management with stakeholders and partners, aligning to their requirements.
• Manpower planning, team management, and continuously developing and supporting them in their deliverables.

Compensation Structure

• INR 900,000 per annum
• Year 1:
• Fixed Cost - INR 7,00,000 per annum
• Assured Bonus: INR 1,00,000 post completion of 1 year based on performance
• Joining Bonus: INR 1,00,000 in first month’s salary (recoverable if employee leaves within 1st year or due to performance issues).
• Year 2: Will move to Sales Incentives plan of the respective LOB.
