About the Role
The Project Coordinator role provides technical and administrative support to the Project Management staff and department for limited aspects of a furniture project, from inception of the project to final close out. This position is intended to be an entry-level role to learn and develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be a viable candidate for a Project Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and estimating, project evaluation
- Procure labor estimates for installations and services for assigned projects
- Track open orders and provide logistics support and coordination
- Provide technical product support
- Assist with securing updated project and installation drawings
- Assist with securing updated Certificates of Insurance required for the project
- Complete and coordinate work packets with complete information for projects
- Review order status
- Interface with customers, third-party representatives, vendors, and company employees in a consistently clear, polite, and professional manner
- Responsible for looking up and specifying replacement parts and completing punch lists and forwarding to O.I.M. Administrator
- Coordinate punch list issue resolutions
- Perform open invoice consolidation
- Assist with performing project audits
