About the Role
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join their team in Port Charlotte, Florida. This is an opportunity to build a program from the ground up with support from a mission-driven, financially stable health system.
Position Highlights
- Full-time position, joining 2 physicians and 1 APP.
- Recruiting additional physician & APPs.
- Access to two da Vinci robotic surgical systems, including the da Vinci Xi.
- Utilizes EPIC EMR and DAX AI scribe technology.
- Immediate practice growth opportunity.
- Opportunity to shape and grow a service line with strong system investment.
- New graduates and practicing physicians are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a Urology program from the ground up.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Doctor.
- Hold or be eligible to obtain a current US work visa.
- Board Licensing & DEA Fees

- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist.
- Medical Doctor with or without US residency.
