Role Description

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Associate Frontend Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve:
• Responsive web applications
• User interfaces
• Dashboards
• Internal platforms
• Enterprise applications
• Digital systems
• Work closely with various business teams, including software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, and sales.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js (or similar frameworks)
• REST APIs
• State-management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX)
• Frontend build tools (e.g., npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel)
• Testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Vitest)
• Git, GitHub
• Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Responsive web design fundamentals
• Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, frontend architecture, and component-based development.
• Familiarity with mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, semantic HTML, accessibility, and browser standards is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
• Exposure to UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DOM manipulation, browser developer tools, browser APIs, local storage, session storage, cookies, and client-side application behaviour is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, or end-to-end testing is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting, caching, image optimization, Core Web Vitals) is beneficial.
• Exposure to secure coding practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT, input validation, XSS prevention) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and translating designs into functional web applications is beneficial.
• Exposure to progressive web applications, single-page applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, dashboards, ERP, CRM, or enterprise web applications is an additional advantage.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, SQL, NoSQL) is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, reporting systems, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also apply.
• Candidates currently working as Associate Frontend Developer, Junior Frontend Developer, Frontend Developer, UI Developer, Web Developer, JavaScript Developer, React Developer, Angular Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, Junior Software Engineer, or Application Developer are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business, technical, and design requirements and contribute to responsive, reliable, maintainable, accessible, secure, and user-friendly frontend solutions.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Internships, academic projects, frontend projects, React projects, Angular projects, Vue.js projects, web applications, UI projects, full-stack projects, GitHub projects, hackathons, freelance assignments, startup projects, or open-source contributions will be considered but are not mandatory.
• Candidates without previous full-time frontend development experience can apply.
• Strong willingness to learn new frontend frameworks, JavaScript technologies, APIs, testing tools, cloud platforms, design systems, and modern software engineering practices.
