Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers and audiences through WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.
- Share relevant music offerings, respond to enquiries, and explain products or services clearly.
- Maintain timely and professional follow-ups while recording conversations and lead updates accurately.
- Support the sales pipeline by identifying interested prospects and escalating complex questions when required.
- Coordinate with the internal team to share customer feedback and improve communication approaches.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite, customer-focused approach.
- Comfort with WhatsApp-based communication, basic digital tools, and organized follow-up.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn sales and support processes.
- Ability to work remotely with consistent availability during agreed working hours.
