Requirements & Qualifications

• Open to freshers with a genuine interest in career guidance, learner engagement, and professional development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an approachable and patient manner.
• Ability to listen actively, organize information, and follow up consistently.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and collaborating through digital tools.
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are important for this role.

Note: This is a remote, full-time internship.

This is a 9-month internship: the first 3 months are unpaid, followed by 6 paid months based on performance.

A pre-placement opportunity may be offered after successful completion of the 9-month internship, based on performance.
