About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills and experience.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to close positions on time.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- US Recruiter (Non-IT) experience.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Ability to understand client requirements.
- Skill in screening and shortlisting candidates.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
- Experience in building and maintaining a candidate pipeline.
