Human Resource Manager Intern

About the Role

The Human Resource Manager Intern will support the HR function in a hybrid capacity, with work based in Bengaluru and some flexibility for remote work from home. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on exposure to HR operations, people processes, and organizational development in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments.
• Help maintain HR records.
• Support onboarding and induction processes.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Assist with HR policies and documentation.
• Collect and compile HR data.
• Prepare basic reports for HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Possess organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with spreadsheets and HR-related data.
• Possess a foundational understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and the ability to learn new HR and collaboration platforms quickly.
• Pursuing or have completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior internship or project experience in HR or people operations is an advantage.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
• Motivated to work in a dynamic consulting environment, show initiative, and be open to feedback and continuous learning.
