About the Role

We are looking for a talented and innovative Engineer to join our New Product Development team. The candidate will collaborate with design and production teams to develop new products, create prototypes, reverse-engineer customer-specific solutions, and improve product performance. This is an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates who are passionate about product design, manufacturing, testing, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop new products.
• Reverse-engineer customer-requested solutions to meet specific requirements.
• Conduct testing and validation of prototypes and finished products.
• Apply engineering principles to evaluate product performance and functionality.
• Document product development processes, test results, and improvements.
• Support product design activities and manufacturing feasibility.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• CAD software proficiency, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Ability to conduct experiments and analyze data.
• Understanding of prototype development and product validation.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and design processes.
• Familiarity with CAD software and prototyping tools.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of reverse engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production floor operations.
• Understanding of material science and product testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and product lifecycle management.
