About the Role
This role provides practical, hands-on exposure to real hiring processes within a recruitment consulting firm that works with startups and growing organizations across industries. It focuses on building an understanding of how companies hire and scale teams, the skills valued in the job market, candidate evaluation beyond resumes, and the influence of communication on hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Client requirement mapping
- Hiring coordination and closures
- Practical communication and calling skills
- Resume evaluation and shortlisting
- Understanding client hiring requirements
- Candidate follow-up and pipeline management
- Real-time exposure to agency hiring workflows
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat–Sun Off)
Qualifications
- For Freshers (No Prior Experience):
- 3 Weeks Training Period
- ₹5,000 per month (Post Training)
- For Candidates with Prior Recruitment/Agency Experience:
- ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on experience)
