About the Role
- This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days/week on-site at our facility in Rock Hill, SC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the design, construction, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
- Grow and develop extensive technical expertise in US and international nuclear markets.
- Work in teams to resolve critical issues impacting the construction and operation of nuclear power plants.
- Develop and maintain an effective business relationship with Westinghouse customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 3.0+ GPA
- Passion for Technical Design and Analysis.
- Eagerness to learn and master engineering software.
- Desire to obtain P.E./E.I.T. certification with a long-term goal.
- Values safety & quality.
- Eager to learn the design and operation of pressurized water reactor (PWR) nuclear power plants.
- Able to develop and deliver technical presentations for issues like: project status, problem resolution, and engineering recommendations.
