Job Title: Surfside #60 Takeout/Food Runner

Company: Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Supports fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc., as needed.
• Is knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials.
• Answers guests' questions verbally and clearly.
• Accurately enters orders into POS system.
• Retrieves food or drink orders from the kitchen or bar area and delivers them to guests in a timely manner.
• Collects guests' payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only).
• Ensures transactions are correct using POS efficiently.
• Calculates and delivers correct change to guests in a timely manner.
• Performs shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework.
• Packs and verifies all ToGo orders with guest.
• Greets guests at the curbside pickup area.
• Delivers plates and clears tables of plates and glasses.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• POS system
• Florida Responsible Vendor program (must complete and pass)
• Food safety certification program (must complete and pass)

Qualifications

• Ability to physically stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop frequently.
• Able to deliver plates and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks, notes, etc.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Five (5) Day Work Week.
• Must be 21 or Over to enroll in 401K.
