Life Insurance Agent Trainee

About the Role

This opportunity provides full training, licensing support, and a structured system to help you get started in the life insurance industry. We help individuals and families protect what matters most through Life Insurance, Living Benefits, Mortgage Protection, and Retirement Solutions. No prior experience in insurance or sales is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn how to communicate with clients about life insurance and financial protection
• Participate in training and coaching to develop industry knowledge and sales skills
• Work with provided systems and tools to connect with prospective clients
• Assist in helping individuals understand available coverage options
• Follow a structured process to complete licensing requirements (if not already licensed)
• Build confidence through hands-on learning and mentorship
• Develop the skills needed to grow into a licensed life insurance agent role

• This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
