About the Role
GigFinesse is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Intern to support our marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to build a robust portfolio with real-world field work while gaining exposure to the fast-paced music-tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in shooting and editing engaging social media content
- Edit and retouch photos and videos from live events for promotional use
- Full content creation process, from brainstorming and planning to filming, editing, publishing, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Film, Visual Arts, Communications, Radio + Television, or related fields
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, DaVinci, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software)
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends
- Interest in the entertainment industry
- Available for in-person work with a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, to assist with content production and editing
Preferred Qualifications
- Portfolio or examples of previous content preferred
- Experience serving as on-camera talent / willingness to be on camera or assisting behind camera
- Experience with short-form video content
Additional Information:
- This is an unpaid internship for credit only.
- Hybrid in Austin, Texas.
- Internship period: Spring 2027.
