About the Role

A 3-month, full-time paid internship working directly with the Co-Founder at Valence Advanced Materials. This role focuses on capital raising and company growth.

• Location: Valence Corporate Office, KIADB Aerospace Park, Devanahalli, Bengaluru
• Type: Full-time
• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Reporting: Reports and works with the Co-Founder (based in the UK)
• Pay: Fixed stipend, all official expenses reimbursed as per company travel policy.
• Potential: The internship can convert into a full-time role at the end of 3 months.

About Valence Advanced Materials

Valence is a technical materials company and a deeptech enabler, supplying high-performance composite materials to aerospace, space, UAV, drone, and defence companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Co-Founder to scan the UK market and develop strategies for UK expansion.
• Work on growth strategies across India and the UK.
• Research and work with consultants on fundraising, alongside the Co-Founder.
• Build components that solve problems across Valence departments.
• Attend meetings in India on the Co-Founder's behalf.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proactive and genuinely smart.
• Ability to search, find answers, and think independently.
• Skill in using AI smartly to structure problems and data.
• Ability to work out answers collaboratively with the Co-Founder.
• Fast learner.
• Enjoys building things with a founder.

Qualifications

• Currently a student at a leading business school (pursuing an MBA or PGDM).
