About the Role
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. This involves locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise with a focus on order accuracy prior to pick up.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders.
- Ensure accuracy of orders prior to pick up.
- Make appropriate product substitutions.
- Consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Compensation
- Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour.
- Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
