Unit Clerk

About the Role

The Unit Clerk provides support services to nursing, clinical, and medical staff. Duties are typically clerical and technical in nature and involve contact with members served.

• Shifts Available: Full-Time | AM | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday
• Expected starting wage range: $19.28 - $21.61. Pay ranges are subject to geographic differentials and commensurate with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support services to nursing, clinical, and medical staff.
• Perform clerical and technical duties.
• Interact with members served.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent
• Six (6) months experience as a unit clerk or administrative support staff in a health care environment
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days, and maintain certification.
