Management Trainee

About the Role

The Management Trainee role is a full-time remote position designed for individuals who want to learn how technology-driven logistics businesses operate end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations by analyzing process workflows.
• Prepare reports on product usage and customer feedback.
• Assist in the coordination between product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
• Participate in product demos.
• Help document requirements from logistics clients.
• Contribute to improving onboarding and support processes.
• Perform data analysis.
• Create and update process documentation.
• Monitor key performance indicators.
• Help identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational and business data.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting with customers.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Comfort with technology, including proficiency in spreadsheets, documentation tools, and web-based business applications.
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, SaaS products, or startup environments; prior internship or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and learn quickly with guidance from mentors.
• Professional fluency in English; knowledge of Indian logistics terminology and local languages is a plus.
