About the Role
Accenture is seeking a Trust & Safety New Associate to join their team in India. This role contributes to keeping the internet safe by improving the quality and safety of online content and systematically testing, evaluating, and challenging AI systems and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, classify, and/or remove user-generated content (profiles, audio, videos, text) according to client guidelines using specific tools.
- Investigate, escalate, and/or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
- Understand and stay updated on changing client policies, guidelines, industry trends, generative AI shortcomings, and advancements in content moderation and responsible AI regulations.
- Develop and execute prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on sensitive topics.
- Analyze model responses for appropriateness, refusal to answer, or appending disclaimers based on client definitions.
- Collaborate with team members to understand responsible AI issues from model responses.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skill Required: User-Generated Content Moderation, Content Moderation.
- Tools/Platforms: Specific tools and channels for content review.
- AI Focus: Expertise in Responsible AI, including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
Qualifications
- Any Graduation.
- Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
- Excellent comprehension, communication, and English skills.
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Deep familiarity and passion for responsible AI, the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture.
- High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region to be supported.
