About the Role
Drake’s is a neighborhood restaurant and bar with an unconventional spirit. We’re looking for dependable team players who take pride in keeping things clean and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area to keep service running smoothly.
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools quickly and efficiently.
- Handle hot pans, plates, and cooking equipment safely and effectively.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper chemical usage.
- Lift and carry heavy pots, trash, and dish racks (up to 50 lbs).
- Work in wet, steamy, and sometimes slippery conditions—safety awareness is a must.
- Take out trash and assist with overall cleanliness of the kitchen and back-of-house.
- Support the kitchen by keeping all stations stocked with clean items.
- Commit to 100% guest satisfaction by keeping operations behind the scenes running smoothly.

Starting Pay
- Starting at $16/hour based on experience.
