About the Role
The AGS GRFO (Global Repair Factory Operations) PMO is Applied Materials' global value engine for repair operations, spanning six repair centers worldwide. The team drives governance, project execution, business expansion, and process optimization across a globally distributed organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project management activities across global repair center operations
- Create project Business Case
- Maintain and continuously improve the PM portal, ensuring accurate and real-time project tracking
- Support PMO data analytics needs including KPI dashboards, portfolio performance reporting, and trend analysis
- Assist in governance workflows: business case tracking, milestone reporting, and on-time delivery monitoring
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple geographies and repair centers
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Data analytics and visualization: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for executive-level reporting
- Familiarity with process documentation and SOP development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Targeting majors in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Experience in project management, PMO operations, or a related role preferred; PMP certification is a plus
- New College Grad
