Front End Service Team Associate

About the Role

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.

Qualifications

• Full-Time employment.
• Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing.

Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour.
• Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
