About the Role
Struwise Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for Civil, Structural, and Mechanical Engineering graduates looking to build a career in structural steel fire protection estimation and engineering. Comprehensive training will be provided in our specialist field.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates and quotations for structural steel and fire protection projects.
- Review architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings and perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
- Prepare technical proposals and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, suppliers, and project teams.
- Attend regular meetings with clients and their stakeholders to discuss project requirements, progress, clarifications, and technical matters.
- Support project planning and provide technical assistance.
- Maintain estimation records and project documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in engineering and estimation software such as PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams), and other relevant industry software is preferred.
- Experience with 3D modelling, detailing, and BIM platforms, including Tekla Structures, Advance Steel, SolidWorks, or similar software, will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in estimation, engineering, or construction-related roles.
- Fresh graduates and early-career engineers are encouraged to apply.
