The Junior Engineer in Operation & Maintenance is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The individual will assist in monitoring equipment performance, conducting routine inspections, and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing technical reports, and documenting maintenance tasks in accordance with company procedures. The role involves coordinating with senior engineers and technicians to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The Junior Engineer will also support project execution, participate in shift duties when required, and contribute to continuous optimization of systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring equipment performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational knowledge in engineering principles (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering).
• Familiarity with operation & maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
• Basic skills in data collection and analysis.
• Use of spreadsheets or engineering software to track performance and maintenance activities.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
• Understanding of standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders on-site.
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram.
• Willingness to adapt to shift or rotational schedules if required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or a related technical field.
• Prior internship or project experience in operations, maintenance, or facilities is an advantage.
