About the Role

Anu's Infokit (OPA) Pvt Ltd is seeking an Education Assistant for a contract position based in Mumbai. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support instructional activities.
• Assist in implementing lesson plans.
• Help manage classroom or group learning environments.
• Provide academic and behavioral support to learners.
• Prepare learning materials.
• Maintain records.
• Collaborate with educators to address individual learner needs.
• Communicate with parents or guardians as needed.
• Contribute to educational resources.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning setting.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Mumbai.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and learner needs.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with online learning tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
• Background or interest in Education.
• Experience or comfort in Working With Children in structured learning environments.
• Capabilities in Behavior Management.
• Relevant experience in educational support, tutoring, or classroom assistance is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Any graduate interested in learning and educational development.
