Mind Matters | Luxury Tailoring Studio, Delhi

A new luxury tailoring house based in Malviya Nagar, Delhi, seeking an intern to work alongside the founder for three months.

About the Role

• Hands-on role within the studio, observing the operations of a tailoring business.
• Focus on the process from cloth selection to final fitting.
• Three days per week in the studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients during consultations and fittings, including taking measurements.
• Collaborate with tailors and pattern makers during garment creation.
• Assist with design work, from sketches to developing client options.
• Learn about fabrics, linings, and trims, and work with vendors.
• Support the founder in brand-building activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A fashion design student or recent graduate (or equivalent experience).
• Genuine interest in tailoring, fit, and fabric.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a sharp eye for detail and quality.
• Willingness to be hands-on and problem-solve.
• Based in Delhi and able to commute to the studio in Malviya Nagar.

Details

• Duration: 3 months (first month as a trial period).
• Location: Malviya Nagar, New Delhi (studio-based, 3 days/week).
