About the Role

The Article Trainee internship role at KKC & Associates LLP is an on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in statutory and internal audits.
• Supporting tax computations and filings.
• Helping prepare working papers and documentation for client engagements.
• Participating in research on accounting, auditing, and tax matters.
• Contributing to drafting reports and presentations.
• Maintaining accurate records and files in line with firm standards.
• Coordinating with team members.
• Interacting with clients under supervision.
• Adhering to professional, ethical, and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing CA (Chartered Accountant), with strong academic fundamentals in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and apply relevant standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with accounting or audit software tools; willingness to learn new technologies used by the firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear working papers, reports, and client correspondence.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work diligently under guidance in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Professional integrity, commitment to learning, and openness to feedback and continuous development in a team-based setting.
• Prior internship or project experience in accounting, finance, or audit is an advantage but not mandatory.
