Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Understand customer needs, explain relevant products or services, and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in the assigned systems.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining professional customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and smooth handovers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Prior exposure to sales, telecalling, customer service, or the BPO environment will be useful.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Qualifications
- Approximately 1 year of relevant experience; candidates with 0.3 years of experience may also be considered.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort working toward measurable targets in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and motivated by sales performance.
