About the Role

Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking a full-time Trainee for an on-site position in Vadodara. This role will support day-to-day business operations, including assisting with IT staffing activities, learning recruitment workflows, and maintaining candidate and client records under guidance. The position is designed to provide structured learning, exposure to client-focused work, and growth into more independent responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations.
• Assist with IT staffing activities.

• Maintain candidate and client records under guidance.
• Source candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews.
• Update internal databases.
• Prepare basic reports.
• Collaborate with senior team members.
• Follow established processes.
• Participate in training sessions to develop professional skills in IT services and workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
• Comfort working with online platforms and databases.
• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and professional interaction with clients and candidates.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and accurate process following.
• Learning mindset, adaptability to dynamic business needs, and a collaborative approach.
• At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Business, HR, IT, or related disciplines.
• Prior internship or project experience in staffing, HR, or IT services is an advantage.
• Strong ethical foundation, respect for diversity and inclusion, and a client-service orientation.
