About the Role
- Junior to Mid-level Corporate Real Estate Lending Associate position at a mid-sized firm.
- Salary range: $150,000-$190,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
- Billable hours expectation: minimum 1,800 hours per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with a team of attorneys.
- Review diligence.
- Draft loan documents.
- Assist with commercial loan closings on behalf of financial institutions and borrowers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Juris Doctor (JD) from 2021-2023.
- Experience in lending and other types of finance transactions.
- Experience with not-for-profit lending, tax-exempt bonds, construction lending, and other commercial real estate experience.
- Admission to the New York bar required.
