Wisdom Tree is an AI-first consulting and thought leadership platform for enterprise CXOs. They run AI summits, CXO roundtables, accelerator programs, and AI talent delivery, in partnership with AWS.

The Role

This is a founder-style role with real ownership, focused on building and growing their US business and learning how a thought leadership business is built from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover & Community:
• Grow and nurture the CXO Circle.
• Support US events, roundtables, and summits, including invites, attendee intelligence, follow-ups, and opt-ins.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Research enterprise accounts.
• Run outreach.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings with senior leaders.
• Partnerships:
• Support relationships with partners such as AWS, startups, and ISVs.
• Help create joint programs.
• Specialist Programs:
• Coordinate US programs for GTM, the CXO Accelerator, and the Enterprise Round Table.
• Client KPIs:
• Work with clients to define, track, and report on pipeline and engagement metrics.
• Marketing:
• Own content, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
• Manage event promotion and brand presence for the US market.

Qualifications

• Fresher from a preferably engineering college.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable engaging senior leaders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; you figure things out without a playbook.
• Organized, with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Genuine passion to learn and build a unique business around thought leadership and AI in the USA.
