Role Overview
We are hiring a Backend Developer Intern for a 1 to 3-month full-time remote role. This position involves building and maintaining server-side logic, developing secure RESTful APIs, managing database integrations, and ensuring high performance across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining core server-side services and APIs.
- Write clean, secure, and maintainable backend code in Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Design, execute, and optimize database queries using SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases.
- Integrate third-party web services, endpoints, and microservices into active workflows.
- Troubleshoot backend latency, debug service errors, and run functional unit tests.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field (Freshers welcome).
- Practical understanding of at least one backend runtime or language (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go).
- Strong foundational knowledge of RESTful API architecture and HTTP methods.
- Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and basic query optimization.
- Git
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Compensation & Details
- Stipend: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Duration: 1 to 3 Months
- Work Mode: Remote (India)
- Certificate: Internship completion certificate upon successful project delivery.
