About the Role
This role is an opportunity to shape how one of P&G Home Care’s in-house design studios operates, grows, and delivers. As the Studio Operations Manager, you will be the operational engine behind the North America Home Care Design Studio, connecting business needs, designers, resources, timelines, tools, and partners to ensure great creative work can happen quickly and smoothly. You will work within a fast-moving, in-house design studio that operates with startup energy and agency-level ambition, backed by the scale, reach, and purpose of P&G brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the flow of work through the studio, from intake and briefing through resourcing, scheduling, delivery, and closeout.
- Partner with Design, Brand, Performance Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure briefs are clear, inputs are ready, and projects are set up for success.
- Manage studio capacity and resources, assigning work based on skills, priorities, and availability while proactively identifying overloads, gaps, and shifting needs.
- Maintain visibility across projects, timelines, and milestones, proactively solving bottlenecks and communicating priorities and status to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to continuously simplify and improve how the studio works, experimenting with new tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows, and turning successful ideas into repeatable practices.
- Help ensure the studio has the assets, software, access, tools, and resources needed to operate effectively, including management of relevant creative systems and licenses.
- Track and communicate studio performance and impact to leadership.
- Support occasional simple design adaptations or production needs when capacity allows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s Degree in design, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in creative operations, project management, or resource management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Airtable, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the design process.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite to support occasional simple adaptations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eye for detail.
- A collaborative and positive energy.
