About the Role

CareerBloc is expanding its creative and communication efforts, offering opportunities for content-focused professionals to contribute to its mission. This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Delhi, with a salary up to 35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for CareerBloc’s digital channels, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Brainstorm content ideas.
• Script and create short-form videos or posts.
• Draft articles and captions.
• Adapt content to different platforms and audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align content with key initiatives.
• Ensure messaging is clear, inclusive, and consistent.
• Stay updated on trends relevant to job seekers and career development.
• Contribute creative input to enhance CareerBloc’s brand presence.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Content creation skills, including writing clear and engaging copy for digital platforms.
• Ability to conceptualize and produce short-form content such as social media posts, reels, and basic video scripts.
• Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, basic design or video editing software).
• Willingness to learn new tools as needed.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and accept constructive feedback.
• Attention to detail, time management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of or interest in career development, education, or job market trends is an advantage.
• Relevant coursework, training, or experience in content creation, media, communications, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
