Social Media Intern

About the Role

Quick Time Production is seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern passionate about content creation, social media trends, and building engaging digital experiences. This 6-month onsite internship offers hands-on industry experience, practical exposure to social media marketing strategies, and the opportunity to work with an experienced creative and digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Support the development of captions, hashtags, and content ideas.
• Help manage social media calendars and ensure timely content publishing.
• Monitor audience engagement by responding to comments and messages.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content plan execution.
• Assist in running and monitoring organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Track key performance metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Support influencer collaborations and community-building initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media trends.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn social media management and analytics tools.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
