Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an Excel sheet showing assigned work, deadlines, and status.
• Contact staff to check whether their work is completed.
• Identify pending tasks and delays.
• Inform the MD when employees miss deadlines or work is delayed.
• Create daily or weekly progress reports using Excel.
• Ensure employees follow the company's established systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights clearly.
• Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles, with an interest in financial reporting.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present data and findings in a clear, concise manner.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets); familiarity with dashboards is a plus.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and follow established reporting processes.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Interest in the retail, fashion, or eyewear sector and willingness to learn about business operations and performance metrics.
