Key Responsibilities

• Contracting (50%)

• Drafting, vetting, and negotiating various contracts for BU CS (including Digital and Automotive) such as:

• Sale Contract

• MSA & Work Order

• Software License Agreement

• End-User License Agreement

• PO

• Commercial Offer

• Bank Guarantee

• Service Agreements

• MoU

• SLA

• NDA

• Public procurement, including:

• Review of tenders, RFPs, RFQs

• Preparation of pre-bid queries and deviations

• Drafting and reviewing various legal documentation.

• Advising senior management on various legal topics/issues, impact assessment, and risk mitigation plans.

• Legal research and study on new legal developments.

• Litigation (50%)

• Drafting and reviewing legal notices and replies thereof.

• Drafting and reviewing petitions, affidavits, submissions, applications, replies, pleadings, and other legal documents.

• Handling litigations such as arbitration matters, Writs, Labour disputes, Criminal matters, consumer disputes, and pre-litigation mediation.

• Briefing external counsel and coordinating/following up on litigation matters of the Company.

• Legal research and advising on litigation strategies.

• Coordinating and following up with various internal and external stakeholders for completion of assigned projects.
