About the Role

The Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Share a love of beauty trends and product knowledge with customers.
• Ensure a quick, easy, and fun customer experience by helping them find great deals.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor, completing all inventory processes, including accurate merchandise check-in and ticketing.
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the sales floor ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening.

• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a busy retail environment.
• Solid math skills, verbal communication skills, and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting them above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $16.65 Hourly

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
