About the Role
Globe Life is seeking a Customer Retention Intern to join the team for the Summer 2027 Internship. This role supports the Customer Retention team in executing a telephony migration and implementing a new outbound dialer system. It is a project-focused, on-site position located in McKinney, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and tracking telephony migration tasks and timelines.
- Help identify and document system requirements, gaps, and risks.
- Support the configuration, testing, and rollout of the outbound dialer system.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues identified during pre-launch testing.
- Analyze call, retention, and performance data before and during implementation to identify trends and anomalies.
- Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
- Collaborate with the Training team to ensure materials and agents are prepared for go-live.
- Help identify training gaps based on data findings or system changes.
- Assist with documentation, meeting notes, and action item tracking.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheet tools.
- Familiarity with call center systems, CRM platforms, or dialer systems is a plus.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort working cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- No prior professional experience required; relevant coursework or project experience is a plus.
