Marketing Internship

About the Role

• This is a 6-month internship program in Sales & Marketing.
• You will be mentored by Line Managers and interact with Senior Leaders for personal and functional development.
• The program is designed for you to manage projects independently, with recommendations and results expected to impact the organization's functioning and business results.
• Opportunities include regular catch-ups with your mentor, support from a community of graduates and Senior Leaders, valuable trainings, competitive salary, and meetings with Mars' senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Execution: Work closely with the brand team to ensure seamless day-to-day campaign execution and meet key deadlines.
• Content Creation: Collaborate on asset creation, ensuring all written and visual content adheres to brand guidelines and style standards.
• Analytics, Reporting: Track and report weekly and monthly metrics across web traffic, social reach, and paid campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights.
• Agility & Collaboration: Collaborate with agencies to ensure efficient and on-schedule project completion.
