About the Role
Malnad Stories is seeking an ownership-driven, enthusiastic Marketing Intern who loves travel, photography, and storytelling, and wants to grow into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule Reels, carousels, and posts on a monthly content calendar.
- Showcase customer albums and travel stories in creative, original ways.
- Run campaigns for festive seasons.
- Collaborate with travel creators for leads.
- Travel for collaborations and meetings when required (fully funded by the company, with travel allowance).
- Track performance and maintain trackers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong eye for design; ability to create posters and creatives (no AI-generated posters).
- Proficient with Claude for research, planning, captions, and workflow optimization.
- Comfortable with Canva or similar tools and short-video editing.
- Good written English.
- Genuine interest in travel, photography, and social media trends.
- Self-driven and organized, comfortable working independently from home.
- Ownership-driven and enthusiastic candidates will be preferred.
- Kannada is a plus.
Internship Details
- Stipend: ₹10,000/month
- Duration: 6 months
- Work Location: 100% work from home
- Full-time conversion opportunity after 6 months based on performance (₹5–6 LPA).
- Company-funded travel and allowance for collaborations and meetings.
- Weekly reviews for feedback and growth.
