About the Role
The Student Intern role at Tochi.dev Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Palakkad. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in real-world software projects while building strong technical and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of web applications and automation tools.
- Help document features.
- Debug issues.
- Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
- Research new frameworks and tools.
- Support integration and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve product quality and performance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar languages).
- Interest in web application development.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, and client–server concepts).
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to debug issues and learn new tools and frameworks quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
- Ability to manage time and tasks in a full-time, on-site setting.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or diploma program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern development practices (such as APIs, automation, or basic cloud concepts) will be considered an advantage.
- Prior project or internship experience will be considered an advantage.
