Shift: Pure Day Shift (with early logout options)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Fixed Sunday Off)

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience:
- Freshers (2024-2026 Pass outs)
- OR 6+ months of experience in International Voice, AR Calling, or Recruitment
- Education: Any Graduate or Intermediate passed out
- Candidates currently pursuing studies are not eligible.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to 25,000 Take Home per month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Uncapped monthly performance incentives + Weekly incentives
- Work-Life Balance: Short shifts (6-7 hours of actual work with early logouts)
- Fixed Offs: Sundays strictly off
