Role: Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Process country-specific payroll accurately and on time.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of respective country payroll and Neeyamo’s payroll technology.
• Stay updated on Neeyamo’s payroll technology features, functionalities, country tax knowledge, and local compliances/legislations.
• Resolve client Level 2 queries within the given SLA.
• Achieve 100% utilization of Payroll technology.
• Coordinate with vendors/in-country experts during the payroll period.
• Update country-specific research documents, Country MIS, Country Manuals, etc.
• Drive automation using Neeyamo’s payroll technology.
• Conduct live or web-based workshops (virtual and on-site) including Global Design workshops, country workshops, client user training, and product demonstrations for clients and/or prospects.
• Demonstrate a responsive and customer-focused approach with clear oral and written communication.

Qualifications

• MBA - 2024/2025/2026 pass-out.
• 70% or above mandatory across all educational qualifications (10th, 12th, UG & MBA).
• No active backlogs.
• Good Communication skills.
• Confident.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
